Procedures

Our group decided to have a table napkin folding tutorial video.  Here are the following procedures on how to do so and its output as well.

Candle
1.      Fold napkin in half diagonally.
2.      Fold up base
1/3 way.
3.      Turn napkin over and roll from bottom to top.
4.      Tuck corners inside cuff at base of fold.
5.      Turn one layer of point down and set on base.
6.      Completed Candle.

Pyramid

1.      Fold the napkin in half diagonally.
2.      Fold corners A and B to corner C to form a napkin diamond.
3.      Turn the napkin over so it looks like a square standing on one of its corners (left to right).
4.      Fold the napkin in half again by folding the top corner down to the bottom corner.
5.      Place the fingers of one hand underneath the napkin as shown and raise it upwards, creating a pyramid.
6.      Finished.

Christmas Tree
1.      To prepare this super simple fold, you need a perfectly square fabric napkin. First, fold it twice to get a smaller square.
2.      Then, fold up each layer to the top and be sure to leave one inch between each fold.
3.      Flip the whole thing over, holding the folds.
4.      It’s time to fold both sides together. Remember to align the top of each panel to form a triangular space at the top of the napkin.
5.      Flip back the napkin (remember to hold it tight so it doesn’t unfold). Fold the upper layer to the top to form a peak of your Christmas tree. Hide lower layers’ tips underneath the upper folds.
6.      Finished.

Diamond

1.      Lay the napkin face-down in front of you.
2.      Fold the napkin in half and orient the open end toward you.
3.      Fold the napkin into quarters.
4.      Fold the top-most layer of the napkin in half diagonally – u p and to the left.
5.      Fold the next layer of napkin diagonally up and to the left, stopping slightly before the last fold to create an even, staggered effect.
6.      Repeat by folding up the next layer of napkin to a point just before the last one.
